With 29 different floor plans to choose from, there is something for everyone here at Hidden Creek! We offer everything from studios that are so spacious they feel like a one-bedroom, to our largest apartment, the D-1 – 1785 square feet in a beautiful two-bedroom reverse-loft layout with built-in shelving, two full baths and one half bath, a loft and a den. Lofts, dens, full balconies with great views, electric fireplaces, plank flooring – you name it, we’ve got it.

Our community offers a sparkling 5’ deep pool that is open yearly from Memorial Day through Labor Day. It’s a popular amenity with our Residents, nestled into a beautiful, wooded courtyard with mature flowering trees all around. Just outside the pool area is a patio with 2 grills, prep area, fire pit, and outdoor television. The community also has 2 more wooded courtyards, offering a place to stroll with your pet or just to sit and enjoy the outdoors.

Our community Club Room has a grand staircase that leads down into a large, open space that is used often for Resident events, and is also reservable for residents! This room includes a large TV for streaming your favorite media, a billiards table, a Foosball table, and a bar area for hosting friends and family. The Club Room also has a smaller, more intimate space that residents may reserve to watch TV and movies, or play games.

Our fitness center consists of 2 separate rooms. There is a strength training area that includes many different machines and free weights, along with equipment for yoga and pilates, and a kickboxing station. Our cardio room, just across the hall, offers ellipticals, treadmills, a recumbent bicycle, and 2 Peloton bikes that include a community subscription for the classes.

Hidden Creek has a fenced-in dog park right on the property that offers an option for our pups to exercise off-leash.

We offer a business center for residents, with reservable conference room,
computer, and a community printer.

Our lobby area offers free coffee service during business hours.

Our application is easily completed online. We use a third-party screening service that will evaluate credit history, income, criminal background, and rental history.  

When you are ready to apply, please have a valid, up-to-date, government-issued photo ID (such as a passport or driver’s license) on hand, along with documentation of income such as paystubs, tax returns, or bank statements. 

If the apartment is ready, you may move in within 24 hours of approval as long as we have a signed lease and all documentation required for move-in, such as renter’s insurance, electric account number, and Petscreening profile. 

Yes. Every floor plan comes with a full-sized, GE Energy Star washer and dryer. We have all the appliances you need, right down to including a dishwasher and a microwave in each home.

Parking for residents is available in our community garage, behind the gate. Residents must display a parking sticker or tag, and there is a monthly fee for parking. If residents would like a reserved parking spot, there is a $250 monthly fee. 
The top level of our garage has ample parking available for visitors and guests, at no charge. Visitors and guests must park in designated areas only, for a maximum of 14 days. Limited 24-hour visitor parking is also available on the ground floor. Guest/Visitor parking is free of charge. 

Yes. We have a Ride-On/Metro bus stop directly on the outside of the community. Both bus systems provide service to the Shady Grove Metro Station. We are also located a short 10-minute walk from the MARC train station in Olde Towne Gaithersburg. 

Hidden Creek is centrally located near many different options for shopping and dining in both Gaithersburg and Montgomery Village. Residents can walk to local groceries such as H Mart and Patel Bros., and other options such as Giant, Safeway, Costco, Trader Joe’s, Whole Foods, 99 Ranch, etc. are a short drive away. We are about 3 miles from Kentlands, RIO, and Downtown Crown, all of which offer an array of options from fast food to fine dining.

In addition, our community offers a variety of unique floorplans that provide options to fit different lifestyles and preferences, helping residents find a home that feels right for them. Our community garage offers 3 EV charging stations, available on a first-come, first-served basis for residents. There is no charge to use the stations, but we do ask residents to adhere to a 4-hour time limit when charging their vehicles. 

There are optional storage units, ranging from large storage cages to private storage rooms. We do not offer rentable bike storage, but there are bike racks on each level of the garage.

Yes! We typically host one Resident event each month. Our annual Puppy Pool Party Yappy Hour is always a popular event, along with our annual Holiday Party and Summer Party. We have hosted pot-luck dinners, sip-and-paint events, game nights, movie nights, as well as community involvement events in partnership with the City of Gaithersburg and Montgomery County. And we are always open to suggestions for upcoming events!
